nearby eateries, groceries shop reachable by walk, some opens 24h which really great. near to airport less than 10mins, and costs rm8-9 via grab. they provide free flow of hot tea/coffee near the rooms. basement parking provided just a bit difficult for my elderly parents to go up the stairs, thankfully its not so high. hotel rooms accessible by stairs overall the service was excellent! room service excellent. smooth checkin/out. helpful receptionist made our stay comfortable

Room was big and bed comfortable. They keep my luggage safe while i was in Danum Valley
